Project Background

This project, which covers the design, supply and installation of five automatic continuous containerized lines, one smart automated high-bay warehouse and the accompanying production management system software, will result in the full process automation of the chemical product from automatic continuous containerization to intelligent stereo storage once completed.

Project Overview

The project is located on the first floor of the plant building at 01805A (coordinates: AC/BA-1/15) and consists of five automatic continuous cartoning lines, one intelligent automated high-bay warehouse, and associated production management system software. The system automates the full process of chemical finished products from automatic continuous containerization and delivery of sorted to stereo storage, the supporting production management system digitalizes the container and storage data, and adapts to the large volume and continuing production needs of the chemical-applied industry.

Equipment component

The project consists of complete automated container and finished warehouse equipment, including container-line equipment, stereo storage equipment and supporting production management system software.

Project Layout

The project is designed to customize the structure of the client plant and the production process, to rationalize the layout of the container line area and the automated high-bay warehouse area, and to achieve a smooth flow of finished products from the lower line of the container to the auto-entry bank. Project Results

Upon completion of the project, the complete process automation of the packaging and warehousing of the enterprise's finished products, a significant increase in the efficiency of the packaging through the five automatic consecutive cartoning lines, and a high-density storage and automated access to the finished products at the smart automated high-bay warehouse. The production management system will digitize the container and storage data, resulting in a significant increase in overall production efficiency and warehousing efficiency, providing strong packaging and warehousing safeguards for the large volume and continuous production of the enterprise.
