The project covers the entire-process automation equipment and system integration of the processing workshop from the opening of boxes, packing, product entry and exit depots to the intelligent stereo storage.
The project consists of seven stacker cranes, high shelf, steel trays, two open wires, two packing lines, a product in and out of storage delivery system, a steel pallet stacking and automatic call system, two coating upgrades, with supporting control systems, an intelligent storage management system and a warehouse storage management system. The system achieves the full process automation of workshop products from opening, packing, transport to stereo storage, automatic recycling of steel trays, and significant improvements in the utilization and operational efficiency of warehousing space.
The project consists of the complete assembly workshop stereo storage equipment and covers a full range of products such as access equipment, shelf systems, delivery equipment, boxing equipment, upgrade equipment and warehousing management systems.
The project customizes the design according to the customer organization workshop structure and the production process, and provides a reasonable layout of the area to be packed, to be transported and to be stored in a automated high-bay warehouse, with a smooth flow of the finished product from the opening to the auto-entry bank.
Upon completion of the project, the enterprise organizing workshop will automate the full process from opening, packing and transport to stereo storage, seven stacking sets to guarantee efficient access, reduced manual operation for the automatic recycling of steel pallets, real-time updating and batch tracking of inventory data by the intelligent warehousing management system.
