Project Background

The project is an automated containerization line, finished store and information integration project for a new energy technology enterprise in Ordos, Inner Mongolia. It covers the automation and informationization of the entire process from the retrofitting of silicon rods to the self-packaging to the storage of finished products. The project aims at the creation of an integrated digital intelligence plant for the production of warehouses, the digital control of the production, packaging, storage and operation of equipment in real time.

Project Overview

The project consists of 10 automated cartoning lines (including AGV and movement control system software and hardware), intelligent automated high-bay warehouses and ancillary warehouse lines, and information integration and software design for five major business systems. The system achieves real-time monitoring of the operation of the workshop ' s equipment, such as self-discretion sifting, automatic packaging, finished warehousing, dust removal systems, air conditioning systems, and access to the full process data links from raw materials to finished products.

Information integration system

The core highlight of the project is the information integration and software design of the five major business systems, the full-process digitization control from the input bank to the finished product bank and the integration of real-time monitoring of the operation of bag wires, automatic container wires and assistive equipment such as dust removal and air conditioning.

Revert silicon rods into the library system.

Auto-entry registration, batch management and stock tracking for the reduction of silicon rods, to match the production process at the front end.

Automatic Broken Sifting Information System

Automatic and manual operations to control the break-down division of labour, and real-time monitoring of equipment's operational status and capacity data.

Manual bag system (including inter-story lifters)

Five hand-held bag wires were accompanied by four cross-storey lifting machines to enable automatic transfer of materials and information management for the bagging process.

Boxing line information system (covered lifter)

10 automatic containerized wires with a penetrator system to automate control and data collection of containerized processes.

Repository system (WMS)

The smart automated high-bay warehouse WMS management system, which enables the digitalization of the complete process of inventory, storage, exit and batching of finished products.

Real-time monitoring of equipment operations

Data on the operation of equipment such as integrated bag wires, automated cartoning lines, dust removal systems, air conditioning systems, etc., to achieve real-time monitoring and unusual warning of the state of plant-wide equipment.

Project Layout

The project is designed to customize the structure and production process of the client plant, with a rational layout of the automated high-bay warehouse area, the container line area, and the bag area, with a smooth flow from the raw material to the finished product.

Project Results

Upon completion of the project, the enterprise will automate and digitize the full process from the reduction of silicon rods to shredding, self-packaging to the storage of finished products. Ten automated cartoning lines will significantly improve packaging efficiency, AGV and the movement control system will achieve soft transfer of materials, smart automated high-bay warehouses will achieve high-density storage and automated access libraries of finished products. Five large systems will be computerized into a production data chain, equipment will be operated in real time to ensure stable operation of the entire plant equipment, and overall production efficiency and management will be significantly improved to provide strong support for enterprise-scale production.
